How can we use Work Pulses to create a better work environment
and more commitment?

Questions about

work environment and Pulse measurements

  • How can we use heart rate measurements that support the systematic work environment work?
  • How often shall we take Pulse surveys? What are good questions?
  • What do we do with results? How do we follow up pulse measurements?
  • How can Work Pulses themselves create commitment at the workplace?

Background

  • The proportion of employees who answer positively to questions required for engagement is still at a low 21%, in the 2022 Gallup poll.
  • Employees want more flexibility in terms of workplace & working hours and less control.
  • At the same time, managers feel that it is more difficult to lead/manage the business when they both want to make sure that employees are well and that they are fully committed to their tasks.
  • Self-leadership is expected by managers and employees alike – but how do we go about it?

The Work Environment Agency is currently carrying out targeted inspections av 1st line managers, i.e. the operational managers – those who have the greatest influence on employees' work environment. These managers are under pressure from many sides and often lack the conditions for a good work environment in their own work and in their work environment responsibility for subordinate employees.

Content from the webinar on

Heart rate measurements:

We discuss how we can work systematically with pulse measurements, i.e. regular anonymous polls in mini-survey form, with conditions for a good work environment and self-leadership.

Organizations that create good conditions for their managers lay the foundation for a well-functioning work environment and this leads to more prosperous employees with greater commitment, says Therese Möller, work environment specialist, who Yesbox invited to this webinar.

Welcome to see the recording of our webinar on goals

Many succeed both be inspired by their goals and make changes in their habits, both at work and in private, to achieve them. Why do they succeed and not (always) you?

Yesbox remains humble in the face of the fact that 2022 will not be an "ordinary year".
We explore how OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) can get us more focused on what we need to achieve. In order for more people to feel the power of ambitious goals, we go to the webinar together Christina through the phases most people go through as inspiring goals risk becoming unrealistic dreams.
We also remind you of the basic preconditions that need to be in place for our work - even with ambitious goals that drive us - to be sustainable in the long term for both the manager and employees.
You who are genuinely curious about how to formulate inspiring goals that you will achieve - Welcome!
